   Birds, they sit there along a high wire like little members of an audience. Peacefully, watching the world below us… the world we so easily forget to take in each day. The beauty of people watching, it makes me wonder where that person has been, what they have seen or what battles they are currently fighting. Sometime I wish I could be a spectator, such as a bird instead of being so wrapped up in my everyday life. I would love to have ability to soar freely above the crowds, the ability to see something beautiful which could only be witnessed from high up in the sky. Freedom. Freedom to be. Freedom to witness something extraordinary.

   Once a year on April 20th at exactly 4:20pm many so called “stoners” gather to take part in the ritual of smoking weed. Sadly I do not get to take part in it this year…. I’m stuck in my dull school attempting to read my textbook….. I’m more or less staring at the pages. I would give anything to leave these four walls that bind me studies and be outside with the rest of the “cool kids!”
